SEO Developer

This position will provide you with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment developing truly global websites.

You must be up to date with modern web practices, current with emerging technologies, and excited about being able to work with cutting edge web application architectures and technologies.

You must be able to operate effectively in a team atmosphere within a fast-paced development schedule. You will be working with a team of product evangelists and exceptional developers to increase revenue, improve the customer experience, and develop brand loyalty. What you need

• 5+ years PHP, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, MySQL, JavaScript
• Experience in .htaccess / robots.txt knowledge and implementation
• Understand the differences between redirects - e.g. 301, 302, 307 - and how they impact SEO
• Experience in Linux/Mac command line
• Understanding of duplicate content/URLs and how they impact SEO
• Understanding of Google algorithm updates e.g. Panda
• Experience working with large (50k+ page) websites & dealing with large site infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar
