SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER–SECURITIES for realTime recruitment

 

realTime is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract role in Dublin.

You must have a strong knowledge around securities reviews from a business perspective.

 

 Key Duties include:

  • Assuming the role of PM on the security review initiative, getting up to speed quickly and managing the initiative to completion;
  • Taking responsibility for the preparation and presentation of the Business Case for the next phase;
  • Design, build and implementation of appropriate process flows to support the rectification process;
  • Preparing and presenting Steering papers;
  • Managing key stakeholders within the business;
  • Coordinating, managing and delivering timely project reporting (including detailed MI);
  • Managing a team of internal and external resources with various levels of experience;
  • Managing external solicitors and tracking their performance;
  • Detailed progress tracking and reporting variances to plan;
  • Detailed budget tracking;
  • Identification and resolution of key issues or timely escalation of same.

 

 

Experience required:

 

  • Banking experience, preferably with prior exposure to securities via legal/security reviews and rectifications;
  • Strong people management skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Experience of large, complex projects with tight deadlines;
  • Ability to manage low level detail as required but retain the “big picture” view;  
  • Strong report writing skills.
