The Role

Due to the economic environment our client has a need for an experienced restructuring/insolvency specialised to join their expanding team. Working with a team of highly regarded professionals, the role will involve:

providing technical knowledge to the formal insolvency process
being the main point of contact for clients or key stakeholders involved in the insolvency process
preparing financial reports for creditors and other key stakeholders
analysing and reporting on non formal insolvency appointments
reporting and making recommendation to restructure companies
preparing business plans for clients for external stakeholders or to ensure banking facilities are extended or restructured

The Candidate

Successful candidates will qualified accountants with a minimum of 5 years experience working in insolvency and restructuring assignments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as the role will involve dealing with various stakeholders and other professionals.

Our client is a leading Big 4 practice that is looking to further expand its insolvency/restructuring division.
