Coldwell Banker are the largest estate agency in the world and are established over 100 years, we are currently recruiting experienced Sales & lettings negotiators for our expanding business.

This position involves liaising with our existing clients, conducting viewings with potential tenants, negotiating the terms of contracts between landlords and tenant, dealing with on-going tenant issues and carrying out a wide range of administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be required to develop relationships with our clients, ensure all properties are marketed to a wide audience, show properties at viewings within and outside office hours, negotiate with buyers & tenants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with lettings experience to develop and further their career.

The Salary applicable for this role will be salary plus commission (OTE €30,000)
