ERP Support Specialist - (Dynamics GP)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic person with a great understanding of the AR, AP, Purchasing, GL, Sales and Inventory functions and how these areas function within Dynamics GP. 

We are looking for someone with a background in support and experience working with users on processes and procedures.

The Person:

• This person(s) must be able to communicate clearly with internal customers in order to identify the problems up front without delay.
• Have excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Be able to see the big picture instead of focusing only one single department and its functions.
• The individual needs to be flexible with hours of operation, dependable and responsible.
• The candidate must have ERP experience in a user support role in MS Dynamics GP or similar, SAP, Oracle, Siebel, etc.
