Customer Services Agent

Our client is a market leading financial institution, based in Dublin city centre. This role has opened within their Customer Care team, and is immediately available. This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic, positive candidate to join a progressive financial environment. This role sits within an existing team and reports to the team manager. 

This role Requires:

• Loans and Regulations QFA
• Some experience in a customer care role.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Good knowledge of various banking products.

On Successful Hire The Role Will Involve :

• Managing in-coming and out-going phone calls from existing customers.
• Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer care to existing custmers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations.
