The job in a nutshell

Our Assistant Manager plays a key role in the Store management team and assists the Store Manager in the effective day to day running of their store. Our Assistant Managers are our leaders of the future and assume responsibility for their store in the Store Manager`s absence. They are sharp thinking, experienced retailers who are passionate about driving sales, wowing our customers, developing their people and running an efficient and effective store.



What else it involves

Driving Sales

Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure that they consistently deliver their targets.

Support the Store Manager in taking actions that drive the business forward.




Wowing Customers


Champion superior customer experience in store; ensuring that the sales team are advocates for our brand and technology giving every customer a WOW experience.

Provide on the floor coaching and support the sales team to use ideas and solutions in a targeted approach to meeting customer needs ensuring that their expressed and underlying needs are satisfied.




People Management


Support the Store Manager;

To coach and develop a team of highly motivated and target driven sales assistants. Assume full responsibility and accountability of the Store and team in the Store Manager`s absence

In the day to day people operations such as rotas, holiday approvals, monitoring absenteeism etc




Store Operations

Support the Store Manager;

In the delivering of store operational KPI`s for your store and team on areas such as stock, audits, mystery shop etc. and ensure your store is fit to trade everyday.

In all store operations and administration to ensure that we follow through on our commitments to the customer.

To ensure your store is fit to trade every day by taking accountability for stock, cash, security, data and Assumes full and accountability in the Store Manager`s absence.




The skills we`re looking for

You must have

3 years` experience in a retail environment

Proven success in consistently achieving targets and working to deadlines in a customer and/or sales environment.

Passionate about delivering customer experience beyond our customers` expectation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
