Shift change especially for night shift needs serious attention and does not benefit the worker other than a small raise

Salary was very competitive if working on an evening or night shift

working shifts can be tough on family life getting the balance right

Product Builders should have more of a say in daily proceedings
the opportunities to work on projects, cross training and potential to trsvel
worklife balance, flexible working and engagement for the product builders
Good training and further education opportunities and hospital visits and on the job training
transport to and from building, more work from home oppertuinities
Diversity of roles and products get involvement in many things
Innovation and empowerment allow time and opprtunity for people to shows their abilities
Subsidised canteen, parking, flexible working hours, weeks off, moving between roles opportunities
Employee engagement, trust levels between departments, improving people skills at management level
