Salary is low compared with the external market but this is improving.
Dynamic working environment. Rate of change initiatives implemented. Rate of pay
Improved technology. Head office facilities. Agile working conditions. More training
opportunity to study throught the institute of banking and progress education qualifications
Performance management. Rotation of job roles. pay structure and staff who no longer fit purpose
Good public transport access & you're not often required to work overtime
Poor career opportunities, low stagnant wages and a culture of replaceability

Communication from senior management is consistently very poor. Feedback not taken on board.
People are easy to work with from managers to colleagues
Lack of progression road map it can be easy to get stuck in a position
