Helping clients of AIB, assessing there financial needs and making the right decision for them
Wages are a big factor, they are poor compared to other financial institutions
Diversity of Operational experience and the opportunity to work with well trained professionals
Prioritisation of strategic imperatives and transparency around how Leadership roles are filled
Flexible working hours, great people on team, interesting projects to work on
No obvious career path, office politics, on site gym, parking facilities
Flexible working hours were brilliant and subsidised canteen was excellent
work life balance was very good but could be better at career progression at all levels
